In providing our services, it will be necessary to ask you to provide information about your personnel and your Enterprise Business. 
This Privacy Policy explains why we ask for information, how we will use the information, how we will not use the information, and how we will safeguard the confidentiality at all times of your personnel, Enterprise and other identified information provided.   

Personnel

  • No personnel information will be shared with anyone without your prior permission and only to those parties for whom you provide this permission.

  • We will only use personnel information as required by Loxton Consultancy Ltd. for the purposes stated in our contract with you.

  • We will keep personnel information confidential to the extent permissible by law.

 

Enterprise Business

  • None of your Enterprise Business information will be shared with anyone and/or other Enterprise Business without your prior permission and only to those parties for whom you provide this permission.

  • We will only use your Enterprise Business information as required by Loxton Consultancy Ltd. for the purposes stated in our contract with you.  

  • We will keep your Enterprise Business information confidential to the extent permissible by law.

  • Where you permit Loxton Consultancy Ltd. to use your company name, brand or case study, in our publicity in accordance with your privacy policy and editorial rights.

 

Other Information

  • Any and all other information will only be used for the purposes stated to you upon requests and will be kept confidential to the extent permissible law.

We make extensive efforts to protect your personnel, Enterprise Business and all other information but cannot absolutely guarantee such protection. Accordingly, you should carefully weigh the advantages and disadvantages of providing any and all information. We do not sell, lend or otherwise provide this information to third parties. It is also possible that we might be legally obligated to provide information to any of your international in-country Government bodies (e.g., under a court order). As far as we are aware, Loxton Consultancy Ltd.’s Privacy Policy and data security practices meet all legal requirements of countries outside the United Kingdom but we do not guarantee that this is the case.

We regularly review our Privacy Policy to ensure maintenance of privacy and conformity with industry standards. We will post the date of the most recent version of our Privacy Policy on this web page. Please understand that your use of our website means that you accept our Privacy Policy. 

Information Protected under this Policy 
This Privacy Policy applies to all “Information" which could identify your Enterprise Business, stakeholders and personnel interests. Examples include (but are not confined to) names and contact details. This Privacy Policy does NOT apply to information that is collected anonymously (i.e., that does not identify your Enterprise Business, stakeholders and personnel). 

Information Collected 
Any additional information we receive will be treated in accordance with the Policy. 

Technology Available for Privacy Protection
Data privacy protection policy available upon request. 
All information we receive, whether defined as personal or business information, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform and/or develop Business Continuity solutions are granted access to your information. Our employees and consultants are kept up-to-date on our Privacy Policy. Any time our Privacy Policy is revised, all employees and consultants are so informed and reminded of their confidentiality obligations. 
Loxton Consultancy Ltd. will take all reasonable steps to protect your privacy but cannot absolutely guarantee freedom from unauthorised exposure/risk.

Data Sharing Policy


Advertisements 
We will not give, lend, sell or otherwise provide your personnel and/or Enterprise Business information to any advertiser. We do not sell any products or services of other parties on our website and do not accept advertisements. Therefore, no intermediaries such as advertisers will be provided with your personnel and/or Enterprise Business information. 

Links to Loxton Consultancy Ltd. Partners 
We do not provide your and/or Enterprise Business information to any of our partners without your prior permission. However, from our site we may provide links to some of our partners. When you click on one of these links, you are moving to another Web site maintained by another entity. Although we believe our partners to be trustworthy, you should review their privacy policies before giving them your personnel and/or Enterprise Business information. We do not control our partners' privacy policies or the actions our partners may take.

Use of Intermediaries for Information Transmission 
We may use in country Postal Services or other outside organizations to provide you with information that you have requested, who have their own strict policies for proper handling of mail. 

When Loxton Consultancy Ltd. Will Contact You 
We may make a follow-up contact with you for reasons pertaining to your initial contact with us. For example, if you provide your email address via our web site or one of our other questionnaires we may send you a reasonable number of emails per year informing you of new services and benefits relevant to Business Continuity and Crisis Management. All contacts will be by email unless you ask us to contact you in other ways. 
If you contact us with a question, comment or request for information, we will make every effort to give you a timely response. 
At any time, you may indicate to Loxton Consultancy Ltd. that you wish to receive no further communications from us. If you so indicate, we will not contact you under any circumstances except to respond to a later communication initiated by you. 

Opting Out of the Database 
You have the right at any time to instruct us to delete any of your personnel and/or Enterprise Business information from our records and databases. If you wish to do so, send an email (from the same email on record with us) to privacy@loxtonconsultancy.co.uk  Subject: "Unsubscribe".
